He is survived by: his children, Heather Triplett of Lexington, KY. and Tommy Caudill of Charleston, WV.; his grandchildren, Caleb Triplett, Zoey Triplett and Josie Triplett; his niece Gayle Lehman (Mark) of Covington, KY.; his nephew Johnny Lusk (Wendy) of Eminence, KY.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zach Lusk, Josh Lehman, Lexie Phillips and Katie Lehman.
