He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack W. Hayes and Gertrude Feltner Hayes; his children, Autumn Cole (Mitch), Katie Napier (Jeremy), Elizabeth Hayes (Mike Adams) and Brian Hayes; his grandchildren, Emery Napier and Eli Napier; and his sister Joy Hayes Shanon.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home (650 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339).
