He is survived by: his children, Clifton Pennington (Sara) of Canoe, KY., Teri Harmon (Robbie) of Frankfort, KY, Stephanie Slugantz (Mike) of Bagdad, KY and Abby Pennington of Lexington, KY.; and his siblings, Sally Stepp (Dewey) of Booneville, KY, Myrtle McIntosh of Canoe, KY., Amanda Baker of Canoe, KY., Virgie Johnson of Canoe, KY., Eliza Spicer of Canoe, KY., Jesse Pennington (Wilma) of Canoe, KY and Kenneth Craft of Winchester, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
