He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Harvey and Odell Landrum Harvey; and his siblings, Ben Harvey, Frank Harvey, Raymond Harvey and Hazel Harvey.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Harvey of Jackson, KY.; his children, Michael Harvey (Catherine) of Lexington, KY. and Sandra Harvey of Jackson, KY.; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Harvey of Lexington, KY, Larry Harvey and Dixie Noble of Jackson, KY.; and his granddaughter Emily Nicole Harvey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
