He was predeceased by: his wife Lizzie Raleigh; his parents, Green Raleigh and Polly Raleigh; and his siblings, Jerry Raleigh and Elsie Raleigh.
He is survived by: his nephew Cameron Tharp; and his sisters, Betty Turner (Mitchell), Ruth Hall (Silas), Belle Raleigh (Johnny) and Julie Hall (Henry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
