He is survived by: his wife Ruth "Tootsie" Combs Wiseman of Jackson, KY.; his daughter Dr. Lisa Collins of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Natalie Collins of Lexington and Hager Collins of Naples, Florida.; his siblings, Katrina Wiseman Price of Richmond, KY. and David Kent Wiseman of Hazard, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Charles "Buddy" Price and Maga Lea Wiseman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.
