He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Edward McIntosh (Linda) of Jackson, KY. and Elvira Jean Deaton of Jackson, KY.; and his close friends, Johnny and Crystal Combs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
