He is survived by: his father Marty Cardwell; and his siblings, Elizabeth Stacy Worley (late Joseph) of Richardsville, Richard Cardwell of Hodgensville, Julie Johnson of Richardsville, Marlene Cardwell of Richardsville, John Wolfe of Bowling Green, Albert 'Bookman Wolfe of Bowling Green, Lawrence 'Larry Wolfe of Bowling Green, Beth Wolfe of Bowling Green and Karen Mooneyhan of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and special friends.
