He is survived by: his wife Glenna Brewer Howard of Jackson, KY.; his daughters, Melissa Howard of Jackson, KY. and Tammy Howard (Doyle Turner) of Jackson, KY.; his sisters, Lois Duncan of Bethel, OH and Rosa Elpers of Evansville, IN.; and his grandson Dalton Tharp.
