She was predeceased by: her parents, Ova Smith and Lena Miller Smith; and her husband Ossie Haddix, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Emma Smith Haddix; her daughter Jessica Williams (Jamie) of Barwick, KY.; her grandchildren, Adrian Williams, Haley Williams, James Williams and Morgan Williams; her brother Ova Smith, Jr. (Jodi) of Georgetown, KY.; and her close friend Brian Haddix of Jackson, KY.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
