She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Spencer and Mary Madgeline "Maggie" Walters Spencer; her daughter Micki Creech Neikirk; her siblings, Norman Reece Spencer, Joseph Bruce Spencer, Thomas Lee Spencer, Fred Spencer, Mary Anice Hatton, Emily Jane Buckner and Mildred Belcher; and her siblings' children, Michael Spencer and Cathy Buckner.
She is survived by: her son Lloyd Dwayne Creech; her daughter-in-law Raychelle Creech; her siblings, Rodney Spencer (Kate), Martha Ann Cornett, Judy Brewer and Molly Carol Baker (Estill); her grandchildren, Kaylee, Allyson and Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Aubree and Emma.
