He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Terry and Helen Short Terry; his siblings, Ollie Mullins, Sonny Terry, Bobby Terry and Drexia Terry; his nephew James Michael Lovelace; his great-nephew James Dewayne Lovelace; and his brothers-in-law, James Ervin Lovelace, Cory Combs and Ronnie Caudill.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mildred Lovelace and Lucy Stepp of Booneville, KY.; and his sister-in-law Sherry Mullins of Booneville, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
