He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel "Sam" McIntosh and Alice Mullins McIntosh; and his siblings, Green McIntosh, Samuel McIntosh, Jr., George McIntosh, Katherine Honchel, Adna Mae Dellessandro, Mary Jane Tomlinson and Treva McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jane McIntosh of Jackson, KY.; his children, Michael McIntosh of Jackson, KY. and Crystal Sewell (Andrew) of Jackson, KY.; his siblings, Chester McIntosh of Beattyville, KY and Minerva Lovely; and his grandsons, Tatyn Skidmore and Landon Sewell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
