He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Buck" Smith and Susie Short Smith of Canoe, KY.; his son Austin Patrick Smith (Bre); his grandparents, Robert Smith, Dorothy Girdler Smith, Matt Short and Dora Vires Short; his uncle Ance Short; his siblings, Pamela Stamper (Joshua) and Robert "Punkin" Smith of Canoe, KY.; and his nieces and nephews, Autumn Smith Spicer (Austin), Dakota Stamper (Paige), Lexie Stamper (Shane), Hunter Spicer, Ember Spicer, Blakely Stamper, Gracelynn Deaton and Ethan Deaton.
