He was predeceased by: his son Zachary Carson Turner; and his grandparents, Rev. Henry, Jennie Turner, Garfield and Amanda Raleigh.
He is survived by: his parents, Paul Turner and Mae Jett Turner; his wife Mary Noble; his children, Paul Robert Turner, Christopher Garfield Turner and Brooke Isabella Turner; and his siblings, Henry Wade Turner, Brian Scott Turner (Allie) and Amanda Turner (Dean).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Breathitt Funeral Home (409 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
