He is survived by: his wife Melissa Turner Smith of Canoe, KY.; his children, Travis Smith (Shay Fleming) of Winchester, KY. and Tiffany Turner (Gary) of Campton, KY.; his siblings, Elwood Smith, Jr. and Lisa Bowman; his nephew Kevin Lee Turner; his sister Lucy Turner (Eddie) of Jackson, KY.; his niece Tabitha Napier (Glenn); and his mother-in-law Sarah Turner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
