D. of Jackson, KY.; and his siblings, Lawrence "Shorty" Collins of Whitesburg, KY., Lula Burgess, Dale, Cora Collins of Whitesburg, KY and Wanda Goff of Pikeville, KY.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339).
