He is survived by: his sisters, Thelma Terry and Hazel Terry; his significant other Ellis Herald Terry; his daughters, Bobbie Spicer (Frank) of Ashland, KY, Cathy Crowe (Rick) of Lexington, KY and Janet Terry (Kevin) of Jackson, KY.; and his grandchildren, Robert Colton Terry, Kasey Gettis, Jared Spicer, Braxton Terry, Morgan Griffith, Dylan Griffith and Drake Griffith. He is also survived by great grandchildren, other family and friends.
