He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Haddix and Hattie Turner Haddix; his wife Flora Little Haddix; and his siblings, Joyce Haddix, Iva Fern Salyers, Gladys Turner and John Haddix.

He is survived by: his daughter Angie Hurt (Tammy Spencer) of Jackson, KY..
