She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ogans and Irene Watkins Ogans; her husband Charles Robert Banks; and her brother James Ogans. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy (Mitchell Gabbard); her granddaughter Adrianna (Terry Hendrix); her great grandchildren, Adalyn Grace Hendrix, Josiah Charles Hendrix and Allison Kate Hendrix; her nephew James Ogans (Jennifer Ogans); her great-nephew James Ogans; and her great-niece Janica Ogans.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home (650 KY-15, Jackson, KY 41339). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
