He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Dale and Sue Ann Adkins McNeill. He is survived by: his sons, Tyler McNeill of Paducah, KY, Duston McNeill of Paducah, KY and Timothy Gage McNeill of Paducah, KY; his stepson Dakota Gilford of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, Joshua Goheen of Missouri, Ruben McNeill of Paducah, KY, Melissa Dick (Steve) of Mayfield, KY and Billie Sue Goheen of Tennessee.
