He is survived by: his wife Beverly Turner Smith of Jackson, KY.; his daughters, Carol Napier (Chris Farler) of Jackson, KY. and Samantha Gail Roberts (Anthony) of Jackson, KY.; his grandchildren, Elijah Walker Roberts of Jackson, KY. and Hannah Grace Roberts of Jackson, KY.; and his brothers, Logan Smith of Jackson, KY. and Paul Smith (Valerie) of Jackson, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
