It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Nicholson of Jamestown, Kentucky, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha New and Delsa New (Casada); and her siblings, Bob, Chester New and Ruby New.

She is survived by: her husband Ted Nicholson; her children, John Nicholson of Wayne County and Rebekah Barnett of Louisville, KY; her sister Helen Eccles of Marion, IN; her brother-in-law Kenny Eccles; her children-in-law, Eleanor Nicholson and John Barnett; and her granddaughters, Rachel Barnett and Sarah Barnett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
