She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Polston and Vesta Wells Polston; her husband Russell Hadley; and her son Jerry Dewayne Hadley. She is survived by: her children, David G. Hadley (Becky) of Jamestown, Lana Jo Cape of Jamestown and Karen Kean of Russell Springs. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
