He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margie Wheat Carnes and Walter Carnes; his son Timothy Carnes (Jennifer) of Russell Springs, KY.; his wife Tiffany of Jamestown, KY.; his former wife Gladys McClure Carnes; and his sister Helen Humble. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
