In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Coy had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Coy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amy Stearns Mann and Thomas Ray Mann; his children, Peggy Sue Bailey (Travis) of Jamestown, KY. and Shannon Dewayne Mann (Jennipher); his stepdaughters, Pam and Patty Voils of Russell Springs, KY; his wife Polly Mann; and his brothers, Ray Mann Jr. and Sammy Thomas Mann. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
