She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Edward H. Troxtle, Silvia Mae Troxtle and Glen R. Blackburn; and her uncle Bug. She is survived by : her mother Betty Troxtle Todd; her grandmother Edwina Blackburn; her parent Glen R. Blackburn Jr.; her stepparents, Jackie C. Todd, Lisa Blackburn and Ranney O. Dykes; her children, Justin T. Wilson, Ashley N. Blackburn, Joshua R. Blackburn of Jacob, N. L and Hart; her grandson Jackson Lee Wilson; and her siblings, Alisha S. Rice, Crystal S. Franks, Elizabeth Blackburn, Bridget Johnson, Christy Goodwin, Scott Blackburn, Nicholas Blackburn and Coleman R. Dykes.
