He is survived by: his wife Diane Andrew (Wright); his sons, Adam (Jessica Andrew) of Jamestown, KY and Shawn (Tammy Andrew) of London, KY; and his sister Rosetta Shepherd of Russell Springs, KY.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren 6 great grandchildren.
