She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Shearer (Derossett) and Ezra Shearer; her sons, Joey Wilson and Clement Yelerton; and her siblings, William, Herlon Shearer, Ruby Capps and Pauline Bunch.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Montgomery of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
