He is survived by: his wife Ginger Hadley (Gregory) of Jamestown, KY; his children, Julia Pittman of Terra Haute, IN, Shawn Hadley of Terra Haute, IN and Jarrod Hadley of Jamestown, KY; and his stepsons, Micheal Decker of Columbia, KY and Christopher Decker of Russell Springs, KY.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
