He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garfield and Frances Wilson Dabney. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Barnes Dabney of Jamestown; and his son Richard Dabney of Nebraska.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bernard Funeral Home (367 Main St, Russell Springs, KY 42642). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Russell County Honor Guard. Donations can be made at the funeral home.
