It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Rose of Jeffersontown, Kentucky, who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of David Rose to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rose and Eileen Moss; his brother Alan Swink; and his stepbrother John Moss. He is survived by: his wife Karen Rose; his son Jeff Rose; his stepfather Jim Moss; his father-in-law Charles Distler; his sisters, Pamela Bates and Jane Farnsworth (Mark); his stepsisters, Karen Vanover (Steve) and Nancy Wiser (DeAngelo); his sisters, Rose Drennen (Dean) and Lisa Stampor (Mike); his stepbrother David Moss (Debbie); and his brother-in-law Kevin Distler (Linda). He is also survived by Three Nephews, 7 Nieces, 5 Great Nephews, and 10 Great Nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project in David's honor.
