He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Webb and Edna Webb; and his siblings, Henry Webb and Jennie Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sue Allen; his children, James R. Webb (Kim), Joseph A. Webb (Caitlin), Jason Sattich (Cindy) and Jennifer R. Phillips (Brandon); his brother Kenneth Webb (Gayle); and his grandchildren, Brandon, Tanner, Carter, Bryant, Aaliyah, Chloe, Harper, Amanda, Morgan, Haley and Nate. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home (10600 Taylorsville Rd, Jeffersontown, KY 40299).
