She was predeceased by : her parents, Joe Hays and Clara Hays; and her husband William J. Netherton. She is survived by : her sons, Eric Netherton (Vicki) and Kurt Netherton; her grandchildren, Christa Erie (Shaun), Stephanie Hill (Justin), Eric J. Netherton (CJ), John Netherton (Bridget), Andrew Netherton (Audrey), Savannah Netherton, Cameron Netherton and Kate Netherton; and her pet Jack. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
