He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Krissy Bond Voll, Joseph (Heather Mack) and Victoria (Twayne Sheckles); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Stephen, Alexis, Devonte, Bria, Khylee, Logan and Makayla; his sister Marynell Isaacs (Don); and his friend Shanna Columbus. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In honor of Joe's memory, the family kindly asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Home of the Innocents.
