He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barnett and Louise Barnett of Elmburg; and his brother Ralph Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tyler Barnett; his children, Gwendolyn Pike (Tom) and Robert Barnett; his grandchildren, Ryan Pike (Sara), Zachary Barnett, Nathan Pike (Kristen), Sara Lenberger (Christian), Dylan Pike (Harper Anderson) and Shelby Barnett; his siblings, Martha Perry, Charles Barnett (Susan), Berttye Hardin and Richard; his siblings-in-law, Calvin Tyler, Sandra A. Barnett, Doris Tyler and Jeneva Workman; and his brother Charley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
