He is survived by: his parents, Kenny Culbertson (Bonnie) of Frenchburg and Patty Bullington of Jeffersonville; his son Travis Culbertson; his sisters, Valerie Wells (David) of Means and Catrina Murphy (Jarred) of Ezel; and his stepsister Vickie Sexton (P. D.) of Frenchburg.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
