He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pennington of Mt. Sterling, KY; his children, Garry Pennington of Jeffersonville, KY, Donny Pennington of Judy, KY, Kelly Pennington of Mt. Sterling, KY and Casey Pennington of Wellington, KY; and his brothers, Terry Elam of Ohio and Donnie Elam of Mt. Sterling, KY. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
