He was predeceased by: his parents, John Letcher Roe and Frances Brewer Roe; and his sister Zonia Roe. He is survived by: his wife Donna Davis Roe of Jeffersonville, KY; his daughters, Melisa Hisle (Terry) of Frenchburg, KY and Shawna Pennington (Ethan) of Mt. Sterling, KY; his siblings, Martin Roe (Martina) of Frenchburg, KY and Brenda Davis; his grandchildren, Drake Nickell, Dravon Nickell and Felix Flores; and his nieces and nephews, Kirsten Flores (Tony) of Jeffersonville, KY, Kelly Davis of Jeffersonville, Deavon Roe of Frenchburg, KY and James Blake Roe (Alyson) of Frenchburg, KY.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
