He is survived by: his sons, Johnnie Howard Tabor (Jenny) and Kirby Tabor (Marsha); his grandchildren, April Lawson (Bryan), Megan Greene (Jeremy), Sarah Thorpe (Brandon), Brandi Cook (Eric), Maci Daniels (Jared) and Spencer Tabor (Sydney); his great grandchildren, Mason Lawson, Shelby Lawson, Kyra Wheeler and Jameson Daniels; his siblings, Bobby Tabor, Anna Marie Montgomery, Phyllis Craig and Dessie Howard; and his caregivers, Tonya Ratliff, Evelyn Asher, Jeanie Phelps and Paula Thorpe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
