He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Whitaker and Ruth Manning Whitaker; and his brothers, Carl Chambers and Ronald Brooks. He is survived by : his sisters, Kay Dawson of Mt. Sterling, Shirley Sturgill of Winchester and Patsy Conley of Jeffersonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
