It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard Martin of Jeffersonville, Kentucky, born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Nina Ann Sallee; and his siblings, Danny Martin, Jimmy Martin, Bobby Martin, Janie Halcomb and Eva Humphrey.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Martin and Tilly Kelley (Jason); his grandchildren, Hannah Nicole Davis, Sara Elizabeth Kelley, Ayden Kristofer Martin, Arielle Faith Martin, Patrick Bocook, Matthew Jones, Natasha Prater and Tanner Sallee; and his siblings, Odis Martin, Ronald Martin (Mattie), Mildred Mullins (Eugene) and Ruthann Shoemaker (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
