He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Moore and Doxie Conway Moore; and his siblings, Eugene Moore, A. J. Moore, Wendell Howard Moore and Aldean Grooms.
He is survived by: his sisters, Aneda Welch (Wendell) of Jeffersonville, KY and Roberta Wierman of Winchester, KY; and his caregiver Karen Grooms of Jeffersonville, KY.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taul Funeral Home Chapel (109 E Main St, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at the Moore Cemetery.
