He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lucas and Peggy Mackey Lucas. He is survived by: his close friend Amy Vipperman; his daughters, Bella Lucas, Bailey Lucas and Selina Sturgill; his brother Dave Lucas of Jenkins; and his grandchild Parker Sturgill.
