He is survived by: his wife Kristen McLemore of Frankfort, Kentucky; his daughters, Haley Combs of California, Jessica McLemore Moseley of Lexington and Makayla Madden of Shepherdsville; his mother Alice Feltner of Jenkins; and his siblings, Christopher McLemore of Jenkins, Alisha McLemore of Jenkins and Jeannie Goff of Pikeville.
