He is survived by: his father Scotty Church (Angie) of Jenkins; his fiancé Hala May Oney; his stepdaughter Haley Oney; his grandchildren, Lacy and Ryder; his siblings, Katie Church and Scotty Church; his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Landon, Haylee and Wrenley; and his aunt Shelia Evans.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hall and Jones Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
