He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blair and Arminta Blair; and his siblings, Vernon, Paul, Ival, Burl, James Douglas and Estevah Blair.
He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Wayne of Jeremiah and Okie Blair of Jeremiah; his brother Wayne Blair; his wife Lettie of Connersville, Indiana; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Blair and Sadie Blair.
