He was predeceased by: his father George M. "Hogeye" Adams Jr.; and his brother Earl Dean "Spivey" Deaton. He is survived by: his mother Alice Adams of Blackey; his daughters, Michele Caudill (Eddie) of Blackey and Marsha Holcomb (Jason) of Whitesburg; his grandchildren, Austin Caudill (Brookelyn), Paige Bolen (Levi), Luke Holcomb, Tori Holcomb and Kara Holcomb; his great grandchildren, Ella Bolen and Jude Caudill; and his granddaughter Claudette. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Letcher Independent Baptist Church (2349 KY-7, Jeremiah, KY 41826). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
