She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Hamilton and Margaret Thacker Hamilton; her husband Anse Mullins; her grandson John Gregory Fields; her siblings, Burt, Millard, Raymond, Clark Jr., Earl, Clyde, Clarence, Smith Hamilton and Nellie Newsome; and her sons-in-law, Rick Hatfield, Ralph Elkins, Ronald Young and Delaney Bowling.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lois Fields (William), FloAnn Young, Evelyn Damron (Bob), Linda Bowling, Judy Mullins and Sharon Hatfield; her close friend Rita Caudill; and her caregivers, Charlene Henson, Brenda Newsome and Tammy Adkins. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
