He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Cecil Caddell and Iona Margaret Caddell (Cox); his brother Mack Caddell; his nephew Glen Caddell; his siblings-in-law, Valorie Caddell and Garry Stevens; his parents-in-law, John and Hester Vermillion; and his pet Barkley.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Caddell (Vermillion); his children, Matthew Caddell (Nicole), Dylan Caddell (Abigail) and Savannah Gillespie (Patrick); his grandchildren, Ian, Eli Gillespie, Logan Hooker-Caddell, Ember Caddell and Carter Rose Caddell; and his sister-in-law Connie Stevens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Boyle County Humane Society or Heritage Hospice. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in John Cecil Caddell 's name.
